Application Regulation

  • Applications to participate in the festival must be submitted through the online registration form by May 1.

  • At the time of registration, a €50 application fee is required for the evaluation of the application. This fee is non-refundable.

  • All applicants will receive notification regarding possible admission by May 10. In addition to the selected participants, a waiting list will also be created for candidates considered suitable but not admitted due to the limited number of available places.

  • From the date of receiving the admission notification, participants will have 7 days to confirm their participation.

  • Confirmation will be valid only after payment of a €250 deposit, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  • The remaining balance of the participation fee must be paid by July 10.

  • The masterclasses include 4 lessons per participant, distributed between two professors (2 lessons with each). Any preferences expressed by participants will be taken into consideration; however, the final assignment of professors remains at the discretion of the organisation.

  • Photographs and video recordings will be made during concerts, masterclasses, rehearsals and other festival activities. These materials may be used by the festival for promotional and marketing purposes, including the festival website, social media, press materials, promotional videos and other communication channels. By submitting an application and participating in the festival, participants grant permission for the use of their image and recordings without additional compensation.
